Gillard is quite tech and stunty. You may want to ease into things a bit first. Myra/Bellvue has about 200km of plain old singletrack to play with, and Smith Creek on the Westside is killer, but you have to pedal up. Let me know when you're here and maybe we can hook up for a rip.

Moving to B.C. ??? Your in for a treat my friend. Some of the sickest riding around in these here parts. Give us a shout when you get here. Were not hard core just like to have a good time.
